This online workshop is for you and your birth partner if you'd like a summary of the options you have when writing your birth plan, giving you time to look at your preferences in advance with your birth partner. So when you have your antenatal appointment with your midwife you can make the best use of that time to discuss anything in more detail, or areas you may want some more information on.
You will also receive a template birth plan with editable example statements for you to personalise, along with a downloadable PDF signposting you to where you can find out more evidence-based information to support you in your decision making process.

....an antenatal and hypnobirthing teacher, and aquanatal yoga instructor from Rayleigh, Essex who has the privilege of supporting expectant parents, like you, at this precious and unique time.

One thing that comes up all the time is that in my conversations with pregnant couples is that whilst there are many free downloadable birth plan templates online, they don't explain what each thing means, and that antenatal appointments aren't long enough to go through all of the different options or preferences that you may wish to include with your midwife.

My aim behind my online workshop is to give you an overview of the different options available to you so you can be more prepared going into your antenatal appointments with your midwife.
I am fully insured to teach antenatal courses and hypnobirthing classes, and am on the National Register of the Federation of Antenatal Educators. I completed my diploma with KGHypnobirthing, who are accredited by the Royal College of Midwives, I am also an aquanatal instructor for My Yogi Tribe, trained by birthlight.
